Top Online Sportsbooks: La Liga Title Odds
At (-110), Real Madrid is the clear favorite to win La Liga this year. Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, their two main competitors, follow suit at (+350) and (+375). With the final two relegation slots still very much up in the air, Real Valladolid is all but relegated. Valencia, Alaves, Las Palmas, Espanyol, and Leganes are all in danger.

Take Barcelona to Win Title at Great Odds from BetUS
The race for the La Liga title this year is looking like a classic. We probably won't find out who won the Primera Division until May 25, the last day of the season, because three clubs are so close at the top. With 50 points, Real Madrid is now ahead of their Catalan rivals Barcelona (48 points) and Atletico Madrid (49 points).
Last weekend's match between Atleti and Real Madrid ended in a 1-1 tie at the Santiago Bernabeu. With two draws, that concluded their scheduled fixtures. Given their 4-0 loss to Barcelona, they would probably lose to Barca in a tiebreaker for the championship but defeat Atletico Madrid on goal differential.
I predicted the final 2024–25 La Liga table using a combination of expected and actual points. Real Madrid finishes with 81 points, Barcelona with 80, and Atletico Madrid with 79, according to my predictions. Nevertheless, the remaining strength of the timetable is not taken into consideration by my model. That is noteworthy since Atleti's future is less complicated than that of their two rivals.
All three of these teams might easily end with about 80 points, in my opinion. I would thus price these clubs similarly, all around the (+200) mark, which suggests a 33% chance, with all other teams far from the top. However, Barcelona is being offered by BetUS to win the title at +350. In addition to being off market, I think this is a bargain bet. Barcelona is listed at about (+175) in every other top online sportsbook I've seen.
Atletico Madrid Hoping to Steal the Show in 2025
Atletico Madrid is the obvious value bet left on the board if you are unable to get Barcelona to win the championship at the (+350) number that BetUS is offering. Real Madrid has no value as the clear favorite since I think the top three teams are about equal. Barcelona is the team with the most expected points this season, but after losing Lamine Yamal at the end of 2024, they suffered a few setbacks.
Barcelona doesn’t have any value at the market average line of (+175). Atletico Madrid, however, is a fantastic team to support at +375. As we approach the last stretch, Diego Simeone's team is playing really well and is only one point behind the leaders. Their chances will probably only rise with advantageous games against Valencia (away) and Celta Vigo (home) in the upcoming two weeks.
I think the best course of action right now is to fade Real Madrid, but as I haven't seen any odds for Real NOT to win, I would instead look to split your bets on Barcelona and Atletico Madrid at odds greater than 3:1. You will be happy to keep your large plus-money tickets by the time May arrives since this is a very close three-horse race.
Top Goalscorer: Lewandowski and Mbappe Lead the Way
A fun market to bet on La Liga is the top goalscorer. This award, also known as the Golden Boot, goes to the player with the most goals in the league throughout the season. Ties favor the player with the most assists between those tied for the lead.
At the moment, Robert Lewandowski of FC Barcelona is leading the charge with 19 goals and 19.91 expected goals, according to Understat. Kylian Mbappe of Real Madrid is second at 16 goals and 17.21 expected goals, with the next closest being Raphinha at 13 goals. The current odds have Lewandowski as a big favorite to be the top goalscorer at (-200). Mbappe trails at (+150), with every other candidate at odds of 20:1 or greater.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any value in this market. The prices for Lewandowski and Mbappe seem about right given their current tallies. You could argue a case for Mbappe as Raphinha and Lewandowski, both playing for Barcelona, could potentially “cannabalize” their numbers as they steal goals from each other. But as Lewandowski is the primary penalty taker for Barca, I think he will get a few more opportunities anyways.
If you have a hunch, I’d shoot for one of these two, but at the moment I’m passing on any bets here.
