Napoli or Inter Likely to Win Scudetto in 2025
Many experts were taken aback by Napoli's outstanding start to the season (well not I, who wrote in August that they were extremely discounted and worth a shot at their +1200 preseason odds). Few anticipated the club would have such a successful run, especially after a 10th-placed finish last term. The ship has been expertly steered by Antonio Conte, and Romelu Lukaku's arrival undoubtedly strengthened their offensive capabilities. Now, they are in a position to win their second championship in three years.
However, Inter is breathing down their necks. They have a great potential to change the course of events because they are only two points behind the leaders and have a crucial matchup in Naples in a few weeks. However, they will also have more Champions League games in the future. I have no inclinations to wager on Serie A in the title market because I believe this to be a complete toss-up at the moment.
