That team is Liverpool (+650), and they just so happen to be Manchester City's biggest rival. They earned championship honors in 2020, and the offense that drove their rise back then persits right now. Mohamed Salah Ghala leads the entire league in total goals while Diogo Jota ranks second. That type of one-two punch is almost unheard of.
Liverpool even has a better goal differential than Manchester City at the moment. Still, they show plenty of more cracks on defense, and they have struggled to play to more than deadlocks against opponents on a similar level as themselves.
