Jonny Clayton has won the last two Premier League Nights, meaning this week in Brighton on Night Eleven, he is the third player this season looking to achieve a hat-trick of wins. Can he do it? Let’s take a closer look with our latest darts betting picks.
- What; Premier League Darts - Night Eleven
- Where; Brighton Centre, Brighton, England
- When; Thursday, April 13th, 2023
- Time; 2 pm ET
MVG managed to win three successive Nights in the 2023 Premier League, and Gerwyn Price managed two. Now after wins in Berlin and Birmingham, Jonny Clayton is looking for the three-peat. And he has a great chance. Clayton is in the opposite half of the draw to both MVG and Price.
But this is the Premier League, and there’s no easy matches. In Clayton’s half of the draw is Michael Smith, and Peter Wright, who last week pushed the Welshman all the way in their final in Birmingham.
CLAYTON IS THE CHAMPION IN BIRMINGHAM! 🏴
It's back-to-back night wins for Jonny Clayton as he beats Peter Wright in a deciding leg to make it six wins in a row in the Premier League!
He's now up to third in the table!

Looking at the bigger picture, Clayton's win has now put him in with a great chance of making finals night. The man known as the Ferret is now up to third in the table. But with only the top four making it through, Clayton still has plenty of work to do, as both Michael Smith and Nathan Aspinall are breathing down his neck.

Betting to win Premier League Darts Night Eleven
This week the odds from the best darts betting sites see Michael van Gerwen as the joint favorite. MVG has not won a Night since Night Six, and his lack of recent form seems to now be getting more reflected in his odds. This week MVG and Gerwyn Price are joint favorites to win at +225.
Behind the two favorites is Michael Smith at +400. The odds on Smith seem to be getting longer with every passing week. But he did win the German Grand Prix over the weekend, so could Bully Boy be starting to return to some sort of form?
Having won the two previous Nights, Jonny Clayton is next at +1000, and then comes Peter Wright at +1100. This after Wright made it to the final last week! But this is the crazy nature of the Premier League. The fact that the two players who made it to last week’s final are both at double figures, shows just how competitive the tournament is.

Draw and Night Eleven Winner Pick
As we’ve just mentioned, the best online sports betting sites have Clayton and Wright in double figures. And with them both sitting on the opposite side of the draw to MVG and Price, that could make them good value.
But the other two players in their side of the draw are the two players who contested the final of the German Grand Prix last weekend, Michael Smith, and Nathan Aspinall.
Quarter-Finals
- Dimitri Van den Bergh vs Michael van Gerwen
- Chris Dobey vs Gerwyn Price
- Peter Wright vs Nathan Aspinall
- Jonny Clayton vs Michael Smith
Semi-Finals
- Dimitri Van den Bergh/Michael van Gerwen vs Chris Dobey/Gerwyn Price
- Peter Wright/Nathan Aspinall vs Jonny Clayton/Michael Smith
As is the nature of the Premier League at the moment, it seems that anybody can win a Night. So, with this in mind, we think having got to the final last weekend in Germany, why not take a punt on Nathan Aspinall at odds of +1100.
Right, now onto our quarter-finals odds and picks.
Dimitri Van den Bergh +221 vs Michael van Gerwen -266
Neither player is in the greatest of form, with Van den Bergh failing to get past the quarter-finals since Night Seven. In two of his three recent quarter-final exits, Van den Bergh has gone to a deciding leg. So, at odds of -144 on the handicap (with a +2.5 legs start), let’s go with the Belgian to win at least four legs for us.
Chris Dobey +200 vs Gerwyn Price -240
Price took a bit of a hammering off Michael Smith in Germany over the weekend. The Iceman lost their Round of 16 match 6-2. Chris Dobey lost 6-5 to Damon Heta at the same stage. Price seems to have gone slightly off the boil over the last seven to ten days, so let’s go with the underdog to pull off a shock win this week.
Peter Wright -110 vs Nathan Aspinall -110
We’ve already picked Aspinall to win on the Night, so we have to go with him to win this one. And this, despite Peter Wright having a run to the final in Birmingham last week. Overall this year, Wright has badly struggled in the Premier League though. So it’s a win for Aspinall for us.
Jonny Clayton +135 vs Michael Smith -155
It seems mad to have to back against the guy who has won the previous two Premier League Nights, but that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
Michael Smith won the European Tour event over the weekend, and the simple facts are that if both men play to their full potential, Smith wins. At -155, we think that makes him worth the risk this week.
