Only the two turnovers from the Los Angles defense kept the game close.
So, the first instinct is to believe in Los Angeles. However, there are injuries as always. J.K. Dobbins was lost to a sprained MCL after Week 12. He was placed on the injured reserve and will be out for the Sunday night game. The Chargers offense was anemic in Atlanta. Yes, Los Angeles won 17-13 but the Chargers managed three field goals and an interception return for a touchdown. Their offense could not even get above the 200-yard mark. Atlanta is not exactly a household name defensively.
Can Kansas City avoid mistakes that have plagued them in previous weeks? If the Chiefs can, a cover and another division title is a lock on Sunday night. The Chargers offensive line figures to have trouble run blocking again and that will be the difference.
