This year's NBA All-Star Game has a fresh new format that will see four teams of eight players facing off against each other in two semifinal games with a spot in the championship on the line.
Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith drafted their rosters from the pool of 24 NBA All-Stars while the fourth club will be the winner of Friday’s Rising Stars tournament.
The first team to reach or surpass 40 points will win their matchups with $125,000 in prize money going to the players on the winning squad.

Team Chuck will be without Giannis Antetokounmpo, who will miss the NBA All-Star Game with a left calf strain. His replacement, Trae Young, will join a team with Nikola Jokic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Victor Wembanyama, Donovan Mitchell, Pascal Siakam, Alperen Sengun and Karl-Anthony Towns.
Team Shaq will be led with two of the greatest players of their generation, LeBron James and Stephen Curry, along with Jayson Tatum, Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, James Harden and Jaylen Brown. They will be missing Anthony Davis due to an abductor strain, although no replacement had been named as of Monday.
Team Kenny is highlighted by Anthony Edwards. Jalen Brunson, Jaren Jackson Jr., Cade Cunningham, Darius Garland, Tyler Herro, Evan Mobley and Jalen Williams make up the rest of the roster.

ASG MVP favorites
Stephen Curry (+600) won the NBA All-Star Game MVP back in 2022, and will be playing in front of his home fans in the Bay Area.
However, it's fair to wonder if he'll truly be able to take over the game with three-time ASG MVP LeBron James (+900) also on his squad. Not to mention last year's winner Damian Lillard (+1000), 2023 ASG MVP Jayson Tatum (+1800), and two time ASG MVP Kevin Durant (+2200).
Victor Wembanyama (+750) might be in for more minutes with Giannis on the shelf.
