2023 MotoGP Future Bets - Some Updated Numbers

The MotoGP Grand Prix season takes the week off after an adventurous time deep in the heart of Texas. Meanwhile, new numbers have come in from the furthest reaches of Las Vegas and more. Let's rev our engines into MotoGP online betting future bets. Quite honestly, a few trends are playing out early.

Yes, MotoGP bikes gets us pumped as the season goes on. We enjoy the new sprint races and changeable weather conditions alike. Texas err Austin featured a little of everything last weekend. Since, Alex Rins pulled off the victory, we have some updated numbers as the point standings changed a little, but not very much.

Online betting sites such as Bovada pointed to more changes from the very beginning of the month. The MotoGP season heads to event number four at the end of the month and with more uncertainty than ever. This is why betting on MotoGP futures can be tricky. Trends change all the time and an injury here or touch of wheels there throws off the whole dynamic err a wager or two. For example, the two points leaders did not factor into the race at COTAS.

2023 MotoGP Future Bets - What Changed After Race One?

Here comes that idle time breeds dangerous tendencies again. Now, the 2023 MotoGP Future Bets attempt to figure out which teams improved in the first three weeks or so. What changed from the end of March? The problem is what we saw after the Portugal race changed in Argentina and then again in Texas. All three tracks possess differences. One constant was Marco Bezzecchi.

Wagering gets harder and harder. Again, these early numbers expect to change from event to event. Furthermore, timing futures is vicious. Spain looms next and that is where Francesco Bagnaia started to show signs of winning form. That win over Fabio Quartararo in Jerez was quite a clash. It was the first time where we began to wonder about the French rider. Is this the stage we see what the Italian has in terms of resolve?

Even Marc Marquez and Enea Bastianini out has not dampened the level of uncertainty. No one is going to pull away early. For example, Bezzecchi is up 11 points on Bagnaia with several other riders within a race win of taking the lead. So, it may take the full 21 race schedule to crown a champion this 2023 campaign.

Francesco Bagnaia - 2023 MotoGP Future Bets Come Full Circle?

Francesco Bagnaia opened the early numbers at +150 to +175 for the 2023 MotoGP Future Bets. In the last month, it seems everything has come full circle as he hovers in the +175 to +200 range. The Ducati duo of Bagnaia and Bastianini have not gotten the chance to work because of a Bastianini injury. Hopefully his Italian compadre will return for Jerez at the end of April. Either way, Bagnaia has had good results. He swept Portugal and won the Texas sprint before ending up outside the top five on race day.

Can the Italian make the adjustments from last season to this season again? His first few races were a disaster up until Spain last year. That was when Bagnaia figured it out and edged Quartararo. It was his first of seven wins. Also, for perspective, he does have 53 points in three races. In 2022, Bagnaia only garnered 31 points in the first five races including a DNF and near-DNF.

Remember what Bagnaia experienced last season. He saw what the pursuit of Quartararo did to the French racer. The Italian feels he cannot be on that side of the equation. His hope is that Pecco gets percolating as the season moves along into its European phase. Hence, wager a few dollars on Bagnaia again.

Can Marco Bezzecchi Get Help From The Spanish Armada?

2023 MotoGP future bets asks could the Spanish Armada help Marco Bezzecchi? Alex Rins, Alex Marquez and Maverick Vinales have all taken valuable points away from Bagnaia. Honestly, Bezzecchi has looked pretty good. He won the race in Argentina and finished ahead of Bagnaia in Texas. That helped extend the world title lead to 11 points.

From early statistics, Ducati rules the roost when it comes to how the early leaderboard could play out. However, the points have been so spread out. That benefits a young rider like Bezzecchi. He does not have to win every race early. Eventually, better form will be needed but not right now. If different racers win every week, that is a benefit and not a detriment.

Bezzecchi has one of the fastest bikes and it shows. Consistency has benefitted the No. 72 Ducati and he could be even faster in Spain at the end of the month. If Bezzecchi strings a few more results together, those numbers will shrink.

Fishing For Longer Shots

Hey, let's go fishing for longer shots? So, Luca Marini caught our fancy a little on Sunday in Texas. He picked up a total of 23 points. If Marini can put a few races together like that, the Mooney VR46 team could have something going.

With Marini down far enough in the odds, the No. 10 bike garners little attention which is a good thing right now.

Bagnaia or Bezzecchi Value?

There lies a little value in Bagnaia or Bezzecchi now. Bezzecchi possesses a little more and is worth a tiny bet.
