Luke Littler vs. Peter Wright
Luke Littler secured his place in the Premier League play-offs by defeating Rob Cross 6-4 in the final match on night 14 in Aberdeen. In the quarter final he played out an exciting 6-5 win over Nathan Aspinall. In the semi-final, he thrashed Michael Smith 6-1. It was a scintillating performance from Littler to win the night.
Wright lost his quarter final 6-4 to Michael Smith.
This should be a very comfortable win for the best player in the league against the worst.
Luke Humphries vs. Rob Cross
Luke Humphries received a bye in last weekās quarter final due to the injury to price. He then went on to lose to Rob Cross in the semi-final.
I expect Humphries to exact revenge and win a closely fought contest in Leeds.
Nathan Aspinall vs. Michael Smith
Aspinall will face Smith in the quarter-finals on Night 15 in Leeds. A victory for 'The Asp' would result in him leading Smith by at least five points by the end of the evening. If Aspinall proceeds to win his semi-final, Smith would be unable to catch up with him.
Similarly, this quarter-final presents an opportunity for Smith to narrow the gap between them.
This is one of the harder quarter-finals to call and the odds reflect this. I will back Aspinall but it will be close.

The Premier League Darts tournament, which premiered on 20 January 2005 on Sky Sports, has undergone significant transformations since its inception. Initially, it was held fortnightly in smaller UK venues but later shifted to a weekly schedule from February to May. Starting with seven players, the tournament expanded to ten participants by 2013 and then reverted to eight players from 2022 onwards.
