Second placed Vendsyssel take on Gentofte who are eighth. This should be a banker home victory. Vendsyssel have only lost twice this season, to Skovshoved and Hojbjerg. They have two 9-0 wins and three impressive 7-2 wins so far this season. Gentofte have only won two matches this season. This is the easiest pick of the lot. Vendsyssel will win this one.

Skaelskor-Slagelse vs. Solrod
This one is slightly harder Badminton match to call. Fourth takes on seventh. Solrod have four wins and three losses this season while Skaelskor have three wins and four defeats. I believe Solrod are better equipped to win this match up. They put up an excellent fight in a 5-4 defeat to Hojbjerb and also managed to win three games against Skovshoved. Solrod to take victory here and further cement their playoff spot.

Another closer call as fifth takes on sixth. Hvidovre have won three and lost four this season and sit on 45 points from their seven games. Odense are seven points behind but with the same 3-4 record. This is a bit of a coin toss but I will back the home team to secure a narrow victory.

Aalborg vs. Vaerlose
This is a battle of the two bottom sides in the league but it won’t be close. Aalborg are totally out of their depth this season on their return to the league after a seven year absence. Aalborg have an unfortunate 0-7 record and six of those have been a 9-0 defeat. They’ve managed to win a mere two games, in a 7-2 defeat to Solrod and therefore sit on two points from seven games. Vaerlose are well ahead of their opponents but still sit well within the relegation zone, ten points from safety. Both of these teams are destined for relegation but Vaerlose will win this match with ease.
