Pistons vs Knicks Game 3 Betting Trends
Detroit opened as a 1-point home underdog at Little Caesars Arena, where they have a 22-19 record this season with a 11-8-1 mark as home underdogs.
J.B. Bickerstaff helped orchestrate one of the biggest turnarounds in league history this season, adding 30 victories to Pistons win total from last season. His club won the season series 3-1 over the Knicks.
New York has a 24-17 record away from home with a 14-14 mark as away favorites.
The over/under for Wednesday's game is set at 214.5 points. Game 1 went well over that total with the two clubs combining for 235 points while Game 2 went comfortably under (194). The UNDER went 21-20 in Detroit home contests in the regular season, and 20-20-1 in Knicks road games.

Cunningham vs Brunson
Cade Cunningham shot just 8 for 21 in Game 1, but bounced back with a strong performance on Monday with 33 points and 12 assists. The Pistons star guard also averaged 30.8 points, 8.3 assists and 5 rebounds per game in four regular season games against New York this season.
Meanwhile, Jalen Brunson was on fire in MSG, scoring 37 points in a losing effort in Game 2 after putting up 34 points in a 123-112 Game 1 victory. However, Karl-Anthony Towns and OG Anunoby didn't provide the same level of support, each managing just 10 points on Monday after they both put 23 in the series opener.
More blown leads to come?
Detroit had an eight-point lead heading into the fourth quarter of Game 1 before the Knicks went on a 21-0 run to steal the game. The Pistons blew another 15-point lead in Game 2, but came to life once New York tied the game and evened the series.
While blowing leads is never a good sign, J.B. Bickerstaff's club held big leads in both games at MSG and now head to Little Caesar's Arena for some home cooking.
