Opposing teams will face an even greater challenge with a fully healthy Ohtani bolstering the rotation. Considering all these elements, the Dodgers will likely be an even more formidable force next season, which is a daunting thought for their rivals.
Even though the Dodgers are favored, +300 odds is a great bet for the Dodgers to win the World Series. Their pitching will be better, and their lineup will remain one of the best in the sport.

The Yankees played some of their worst baseball in the loss to the Dodgers in the World Series. They missed their window and don't believe they'll return to the World Series.
I would pass on betting on them to win the World Series at +750 odds.
Atlanta Braves
The Atlanta Braves finished last season with 89 wins. They reached the playoffs, even with significant absences from key players like Spencer Strider, Ronald Acuna Jr., Austin Riley, and Ozzie Albies for much of the year.
They also dealt with Chris Sale missing the postseason. That's essentially their entire star lineup.
Last season was the low point for Atlanta, yet they still showcased their impressive talent. We already know this team's potential, having witnessed their World Series victory in 2021.

San Diego Padres

Pete Alonso has been a key player for the Mets over the last six seasons, hitting 226 home runs. Additionally, Sean Manaea, Luis Severino, and JosƩ Quintana are available on the free agent market, having played crucial roles in the pitching rotation.
They will also be in the race to sign Juan Soto. Once Soto decides on a team, the Mets should be able to figure out how the rest of their roster will come together.

With the pressure to improve mounting, especially in light of the Yankees' continued success, the Mets must make some strategic choices moving forward.
The Mets had a magical run to the NLCS this past season, but it seems doubtful they'll be able to reproduce it.
However, if they were able to steal Soto away from the Yankees, I would consider them a strong possibility to upset the Dodgers in the National League.
